Multisport & Forest IMS

Service Description

Our aim is to introduce parents and young athletes to regular physical training, using a large variety of movements through various sports. The focus is on building strong fundamental movement skills and body awareness, in an engaging and enjoyable training environment. An additional element of Forest games, learning and skills are added to this program.
